I Will Not Abandon My Blog.....I Will Not Abandon My Blog...

....I will not abandon my blog....

I'm going to write that on the board 1000 times as punishment for not being here lol. Just kidding. I don't like to write that much, at least not repetitively.

This trip has been super busy and I'm having a little trouble keeping up with the blog at the moment but I'm not going anywhere. I've been text messaging my post topics to my email so I don't forget all I have to write about. I still have 3 mini-vacations left to get through and then I should be back full time.

I would love to hear some questions you all may have about what readjustment is like or how I'm managing certain aspects of returning, etc. Leave me a comment here or contact me via the contact form and let me know what you would like for me to write about.

I have some posts coming about Punjab life in general for western women. Is there any topic you would like to know more about? Let me know.

  1. how is your husband? I bet his missing you heaps! are there any plans for you guys to move back to USA?

  2. He's dying without me! Poor thing. I feel so bad for him. He's not eating well, not sleeping well and says he doesn't even like coming home to our empty room any more. I know how he feels though. I'm busy but I still miss him like crazy.

At the moment we have no date set for moving. Immigration takes time and trouble to complete and the US immigration system is difficult to navigate.

  3. Thats understandable it's difficult being apart from somebody you love.. :(
So when are you going back to India?

  4. Oh listen to you......ONLY 3 more 'mini-vacations' to 'get through'.
    Life's rough, eh?
Well, just to let you know it's 'typical' monsoon weather here, about 92 degrees & 150% humidity, icky, sticky, muggy, & buggy!
    Live it up!

  5. Lol, it is rougher than it sounds! hahaha. All those plane rides, hanging out in airports utilizing free wifi, driving long distances in a's exhausting I tell you. Lol.

I'm not missing the weather, that's for sure. Hubby keeps telling me how bad it is and I'm just glad I'm missing it.
